At the session held on 18 November 2014, the Presidency of the Croatian Composers’ Society, pursuant to Article 10 of the Statute of the Croatian Composers’ Society, has adopted the following
REGULATIONS on terms and procedures for admission to membership at the Croatian Composers’ Society
Article 1
A regular member of the Croatian Composers’ Society (hereinafter referred to as HDS) can become a natural person who is, at the time of applying, actively composing or doing musicological or music journalistic work, or a person whose poetry or literature is customarily used for setting to music, whereby contributing to achieving the principles and objectives set out in Article 8 of the Statute of the HDS.
Legal person can also become a regular member of the Croatian Composers’ Society, for example a company registered in the Republic of Croatia for carrying out the activities in the field of music and creative industries and contributing to achieving the principles and objectives set out in Article 8 of the Statute of the HDS.

These Regulations shall come into force eight (8) days from the date of their inspection by the members at the HDS’s office, which shall be verified by the Secretary-General of the HDS.
